Do my points expire?
Rewards points expire 365 days after the date they were earned. Once the reward points are redeemed for coupons, these coupons expire 30 days after they were created.

Yes, of course! You'll earn at least 1 point per $1 spent on subscription orders.
How do I view my points balance?
To view your balance and activity, log in to your account on lancerskincare.com. Once you are logged in, click "Rewards" in the top menu of your account portal. You will find a detailed list of your points balance, your tier level, and all program ac
How do I redeem my points?
10 points is valued at $1. When checking out, below your payment method you will see these options to apply points to your order:. *Please note that the minimum subtotal required to claim each discount is double the value of the reward.
Can I use my points and a promo code?
Unfortunately, you cannot use points & a promo code together at this time.
What if I have more than 1,000 points? Can I redeem all of these at once?
No, the maximum points that can be applied is 300 points for $30 off per order.
I forgot to log in when I placed my order! Can I still receive my points?
Yes! You do not have to be logged in to receive points as points are recorded and saved to your account through your email address. However, you do have to be logged in to redeem your points.
Will points be credited back to my account for a return?
Yes! Once we have received your returned product we will process your refund and any points used will be credited back to your account!
