You can cancel or modify your order within 15 minutes of it being placed. Please contact us via telephone at 503-780-7269 or via email at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For Subscription orders, those must be modified or canceled before the auto-renew date via your Lancer Skincare account log-in or by contacting [email protected] before your renewal date. 

Policy: Orders can be modified or canceled within 15 minutes by contacting us by phone or email. If you do not make the 15-minute cancellation window and would like to cancel your order because you changed your mind, we urge you to process a return here.
